Sachita Fm is a law abiding institution whereas Apart from paying government taxes, its members of staff are enrolled with national social security schemes of (PPF) and (NSSF) where the radio as an employer contributes 10 per cent on top of the 10 per cent deducted from each employee salary and submit the same to the respective funds.
In addition to being a mouthpiece for the voiceless, Sachita Radio has been providing support to several development projects in the district with a particular emphasis on Health, Water, Sports, Environment and Education. Radio also participates in a number of vocational training centers with journalism students studying at various colleges across the country.
